Welcome to our global community
We're proud of the wide range of schools that belong to our global community.
From prep schools in rural England through to a 4,000+ student all-through international school in the city of Hyderabad in India, we teach 13 different curricula in nine languages across five regions in the world.
This diversity sparks innovation and ideas as we are united by our common purpose: to provide an outstanding holistic education that enables our students to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

Our curricula
We teach 13 different curricula across over 100 schools, including:
The International Baccalaureate
Offered by a number of our international schools, the IB qualification is distinguished around the globe for the rigour and breadth it fosters in students.
The IB offers three programmes:
The Primary Years Programme focuses on the development of the whole child in the classroom and in the world outside;
The Middle Years Programme provides a framework of academic challenge and life skills through embracing traditional school subjects;
The Diploma Programme is a demanding two-year curriculum for highly motivated students.
The English Curriculum
The English National Curriculum provides broadly based, age-appropriate courses of study, designed to build towards GCSE and A Level qualification. Compulsory subjects include English, mathematics, science, ICT, physical education, geography, history, music, arts and design, design and technology, modern foreign languages and citizenship.
The Spanish Curriculum
Our schools in Spain follow the structure and curriculum of the English National Curriculum and combine this with the obligatory elements of the Spanish Curriculum, namely culture and language. After Year 11, many of our schools offer Bachillerato Modalidad courses as well as A Levels, which prepare students for further study both in Spain and internationally.
The Chilean Curriculum
Split into three parts according to age, the Chilean Curriculum prepares students for national assessment through the Sistema de Medición de la Calidad de la Educación and equips them with the tools to reach high levels of attainment in the Prueba de Selección Universitaria. Yet within Cognita schools, it is our enrichment initiatives that set us apart as we look to give our students a deep understanding of the world alongside academic excellence.
The Brazilian Curriculum
Our pioneering schools in Brazil offer a truly bilingual experience, in Portuguese and English, to students following the Brazilian Curriculum. A broad learning experience alongside a rich academic programme ensures students are grounded in the skills needed to achieve strong results in the ENEM and are afforded the opportunity to study at the best universities.
The American Curriculum
The American Curriculum is comprehensive and robust, designed to inspire students to become successful lifelong learners and responsible global citizens. This program seamlessly strikes an effective balance between academic excellence and guiding students in their creative, physical, emotional and social goals, and at each stage prepares them for a smooth transition into further study.
