As part of our focus on Leadership within Cognita, over 100 school and operational leaders convened in Bangkok, Thailand last week for our Asia Leadership Conference 2024. This dynamic event, spanning two days, served as an opportunity to foster connections, share ideas, drive strategic direction, and celebrate achievements within our Cognita Asia community.

Throughout the conference, participants engaged in stimulating discussions on a range of topics, including innovative leadership strategies and the integration of generative AI in educational practices. Noteworthy among the speakers was Dr. Parag Khanna, CEO of AlphaGeo, who shared compelling insights on Asia’s influential role in shaping the future of our world, and the impact of evolving demographics in education.

Another highlight of the conference was the Owards ceremony, honouring outstanding school and individual contributions relating to the four pillars of our Cognita Quality Framework, including holistic education and growth.

The Cognita Asia Leadership Conference 2024 stands as a testament to our collective dedication to delivering an outstanding holistic education and striving to be ‘the best at getting better’.
