The modern and spacious fourth campus, named ‘Serilingampally’, includes two academic blocks and a first-ever elevated sports deck of 120,000 square feet in Hyderabad. The space will cater to the needs of CHIREC’s Cambridge and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) learners from Preschool to Senior Secondary. The facilities include spacious classrooms with ergonomic furniture, innovation labs for primary students, a digitised research and resource centre, and state-of-the-art labs for computing, robotics, and 3D printing.

In line with CHIREC’s commitment to sustainability, the eco-friendly campus integrates numerous green features such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, a kitchen garden, composting facilities, and a bio-sewage treatment plant. These initiatives aim to instil sustainable practices among students and staff.
